30 In reply Jesus said: “A man was going down from Jerusalem to Jericho, when he was attacked by robbers. They stripped him of his clothes, beat him and went away, leaving him half dead.
31 A priest happened to be going down the same road, and when he saw the man, he passed by on the other side.
32 So too, a Levite, when he came to the place and saw him, passed by on the other side.
33 But a Samaritan, as he traveled, came where the man was; and when he saw him, he took pity on him.
34 He went to him and bandaged his wounds, pouring on oil and wine. Then he put the man on his own donkey, brought him to an inn and took care of him.
35 The next day he took out two denarii[a] and gave them to the innkeeper. ‘Look after him,’ he said, ‘and when I return, I will reimburse you for any extra expense you may have.’
36 “Which of these three do you think was a neighbor to the man who fell into the hands of robbers?”
37 The expert in the law replied, “The one who had mercy on him.” Jesus told him, “Go and do likewise.”

Guáimaca a municipality that counts on 28,963 inhabitants of which 17,732 reside in the urban zone and 11,231 in the rural zone with 13 villages and 136 hamlets. The urban population lacks professional or semi professional assistance in the area of oral health, causing 70% of the population over 8 years of age to have lost at least 20% of their permanent teeth. For this reason we have performed dental brigades, but the need requires permanent help. Therefore, we have begun talks with the leaders of the population to set up a permanent self-sustainable dental medical clinic where treatment for children will be free, but for adults it will have a monetary cost for the clinic to be self-sustaining. A basic technical education center since these communities only have access to basic education from 1st to 6th grade being these unidocentes since the Government does not provide the resources to develop the children of these sectors.
For this project we need: 1.A room with the basic conditions for the installation of the clinic and an apartment for Dr. Clinic manager 2.Basic Center Squad 3.Workshops for the core center 4.Apartments for missionaries 5.Medical and dental equipment 6.Electrical plant 7.Dental materials 8.Medication 9.Adequate transportation to visit hard-to-reach communities
Plan of attention:
In communication with the education and health networks we will plan the compulsory and voluntary attendance of each child of school age and preschool.
The treatments will be: prevention, orthopedic, healing and esthetic being the latter optional at the professional's discretion.
Adult care is according to your arrival.
Budget:
Land ___________________________ $ 150,000
Buildings ________________________ $ 250,000
Dental Equipment __________________ $ 27,000
Medical Equipment __________________ $ 5,000
Electrical plant ______________________ $ 3,500
Medication_________________________ $ 3,750
Transportation _____________________ $ 17,000
Basic Workshops __________________ $ 20,000
Total _______________ $ 476,250
To start you need the basics there is a building that we can use to start and Dr. Can stay in someone's house but the dental part is basic as the generator since those communities lack electric power would be a total of $ 17,500 is the stage of the beginning. The plan is to begin with the care of children in the dental area the first 4 months have a diagnosis and treatment plan to follow and start the preventive treatment by giving them talks and dental brushes and toothpaste and at the same time the application of fluoride and dental sealants.
